I had a major leak under my living room. I never knew it until water started coming up through the floor. I had a plumber repair the leak. Unfortunately there was a lot of damage.I called ASAP Restoration and they came the same day. Pulled up the floor, dried it out and replaced all the damage the leak caused. They with my insurance and they did a fantastic job.

If the insurance companies were as fast as ASAP Restoration LLC, the process would be much smoother. It took 6 months for the insurance company to settle my claim, but the team at ASAP arrived quickly and got to work immediately. Their staff made a difficult time much easier for me and my family. They dried everything out thoroughly and ensured the job was done right. Knowing what I know now, it’s clear why consumers need companies like this. ASAP took my claim seriously, worked directly with the insurance, and let me focus on moving forward. A special thanks to Josh and the crew for their professionalism and care. I had an amazing experience with ASAP Restoration LLC for water damage reconstruction! From the start, their team showed so much care and attention to detail. Brandon and Paige in the reconstruction department were absolutely fantastic—these two are the real stars! Their communication was great; they kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire process seamless. The team took the time to ensure everything was done properly and went out of their way to be friendly and approachable. These guys really know their stuff and made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable. They even helped me with the move and setup afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch. Edit- JOSH THE OWNER: called and bashed me for his company’s earned performance review. Instead of promising better performance or offering how he can make it right he went into how he was going to attack my businesses online and bash me online. F Grade with level of communication. F Grade with making me feel comfortable that they know what they are doing. Might be okay to use them for small projects but for large projects stay away from them. Shoutout to Joseph, Brandon and Paige for fumbling my two large home projects.
