My hot water heater in my garage failed and leaked into the wall. Serv Pro of West Central Tempe came out and did a beautiful job with the demolition, and cleanup of mold that had occurred within only two days. They did a fabulous job, they showed up promptly and it was done so quickly. I highly recommend them! Alex C and Israel C were on the job and were fabulous. They took all the stress out of what it happened.

Had a leak in our kitchen during the holidays but Derek, Cam, and Logan came out quickly to take care of things. They made sure to come out immediately and started the mitigation process to get our kitchen back up and running. They were professional and polite. My husband found a leak in my son’s closet. SERVPRO was quick to schedule water mitigation with Alex C., Crystal R., and Dylan. They were punctual, communicative and professional. The water mitigation was the easiest part. The repair has been slow moving thus far, and communication, more difficult. It’s been more than 2 weeks since the leak was fixed, and we are still waiting to meet with our new construction project manager.

The project manager Logan, and the technician’s Alex C, Soza, and Nick M provided amazing service from start to finish! We had a substantial water leak occur in our home and it was a very stressful situation because this was the first time ever experiencing an event like this. Someone was out within an hour of calling them for services and they consistently kept in contact with us during the entire process each day before they came out and always throughly explained what they were doing and kept us informed during each step.
