I called Tempe Only Water Restoration when we had a leak at our rental property. Michael came out and provided a quote for repairs that was reasonable and fair. Being an insurance adjuster I am familiar with the costs of repairs and Tempe Only Water Restoration does not try to inflate the costs. Repairs were completed in a very reasonable time frame and with quality. Michael even fixed damage that a prior contractor left from a previous loss free of charge. I highly recommend Tempe Only Water Restoration due to the integrity and quality of work.

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Michael Armijo with Tempe Only Water Restoration llc Michael is a small business owner who lives in Warner Ranch. After being out of the house all day at baseball, in Peoria 😩… we came home at 8pm to find our hot water heater had leaked all over our garage. We were frantic and overwhelmed…. I had met Michael before and he was always a person of good character… while in panic mode, I called him remembering he may be able to help. Michael answered and said he’d be at our house in 10min (my husband and I think he made it there in less than 10!) Not only did he have a quick response, but he knew exactly what to do and did it quickly (I mean it was Sunday night after all 😂) Michael made sure to turn off the water only at the heater so we could still use cold water in the house, he checked our walls for moisture, and mopped up water and set out fans. When thinking about the situation, Michael really saved us a lot of time, money and energy.— with Michael Armijo. If he had not responded, who knows if we could have gotten someone to our home on a Sunday night and right away. When going to bed around 11pm we joked that we could have still been waiting for someone to come past our bedtime. And we would have been frantic trying to figure out what to do and how to minimize damage or wondering how much damage was done. I know this wasn’t the shortest review, but it’s definitely a well deserved one! Thank you again Michael!
